Dr. Stéphane Pady Clermont is a double board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Chatham University, and has earned a master’s degree and two post-master’s degree at Sacred Heart University, University of Massachusetts Boston, and Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, respectively. She also has precepted Nurse Practitioner student as a Clinical Instructor at Yale University. She has experience in psychiatry and internal medicine working across the lifespan. As a psychiatric clinician, she has the knowledge to work with people on a variety of topics, but primarily specializes in mood related difficulties, Depression,Anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and insomnia.
Dr. Stéphane aims to build a relationship with her clients that is based on empathy and compassion. Whether you are tired of just simply existing or you are struggling with serious difficulties in your life, she is committed to guiding you towards achieving your optimal state of mind. The choice to add medication to your treatment regimen is often laden with doubts, worries, and questions. From this initial choice to later stages, together, you and Stéphane will explore obstacles that have interfered with your wellness and collaborate on a plan to address your unique medication management needs.
Fredo J Clermont, DNP

Dr. Fredo J Clermont is a double board-certified clinician as both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). He completed his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Chatham University and his master's degree at the distinctive institution Western University of Health Sciences with highest honors. and a post-master's at Regis College in Massachuchetts. Dr. Clermont mentor Nurse practitioner student and Doctoral candidate, he has experience in a number of fields including Psychiatry, Family Medicine/Internal Medicine and Neurology. He is affiliated with Saint Francis Hospital Medical Center in Hartford, CT where he work as an Associate Director of TelePsychiatry and serve as a Consultation Liaison Psychiatry specialist.
As a board certified Psychiatric Practitioner, he fosters a holistic approach to assessment and treatment. The holistic approach offers opportunity towards discovering the essential elements of an individual's life that are physical, psychological, spiritual, emotional, social and environmental. The goal of the care provided is the restoration of mental health and wellness.The healing will occur by means of the collaborative and “therapeutic relationship" we develop together. We will work together to establish treatment goals and establish optimal solutions to address your mental health need.
Donna Miller-Lewis, APRN

Donna Miller-Lewis, APRN, attended the University of Saint Joseph West Hartford where she graduated with a masters degree as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She is board certified and have over 10 years of experience working in various position as an APRN which includes outpatient Psychiatry, inpatient Hospital, addiction, and as a consultant in Psychiatry at top rated hospitals here in CT.
Donna treat patients with the following conditions; Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, ADHD, PTSD, eating disorders, insomnia, and other psychiatric disorders. The goal of care is to get patient to be an active participant and to contribute to their treatment plan for the best outcome. She adapt a holistic approach in order to provide patient center care in helping to bring them back to their prior level of functioning.

Dawn Cottiero-Boulas, LMFT
Psychotherapist
Dawn is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in the state of Connecticut. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Charter Oak State College and Masters Degree from Central Connecticut State University.
She utilizes evidence-based therapy models like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), CBT and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients safely move toward change.
Dawn bring a holistic approach to psychological wellness, viewing people within the context of their whole lives. She work collaboratively with clients in helping them to feel more empowered in their lives by encouraging clients to cultivate a genuine and authentic approach to life.
